Discovery Call – 20 mins - Free
At Couch Talk Therapy, I understand that taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting. That's why I offer a free 20-minute exploratory call, giving us the opportunity to connect and discuss how we can work together effectively.
Individual counselling - 50 minutes - £60.
I understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to accessing therapy, which is why I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for students and those on low incomes. Please contact me to inquire about availability and eligibility for these spaces.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the session time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled session, you will be required to pay the full session fee.
I accept payment in the following forms:
